The Newsletter Policy was updated on July 30, 2025.

The Sodini Bijoux S.r.l.u. newsletter, managed by internal staff, is an excellent tool that will keep you constantly updated on all the services offered.

To use this automatic and free email service, we use the so-called Double Opt-in procedure.

This means we will send you the newsletter by email only when you decide (by checking the box in the footer) to activate the service.

If you no longer wish to receive newsletters or other types of advertising or informational communications,

you may freely withdraw your consent by making a request according to the rights granted to you by EU Regulation 2016/679 with reference to articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 by contacting SODINI BIJOUX S.R.L.U. directly.

Information for the processing of personal data

This information notice is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 "General Data Protection Regulation" of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, which guarantees that the processing of personal data takes place in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity.

Your personal data are processed to the extent permitted or required by law, with the aid of electronic or automated systems, to execute your specific request.

The lawfulness of such processing, which is necessary and essential to carry out your specific request, derives from article 6 (1) b) EU Reg. 2016/679.

The newsletter is sent via email to those who explicitly request it, by filling out the form on the website and authorizing Sodini Bijoux S.r.l.u. to process their personal data.

The provision of data is optional.

Refusal to provide the data makes it impossible to obtain the newsletter service.

Purpose of processing

Subject to your consent and until your opposition, the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness ex art. 6 EU Reg. 2016/679, for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter and will not be communicated to third parties, thus giving you the opportunity to stay updated on our initiatives and services.

Storage Times

Your personal data will be processed and stored in full compliance with the principles of necessity, data minimization and limitation of the retention period, through the adoption of appropriate technical and organizational measures for the level of risk of the processing and for a period not exceeding the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed. At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted or appropriate measures will be taken to anonymize them in accordance with applicable law.

Methods of data processing

The collected data are processed with IT tools.

Appropriate security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The Data Controller

The Data Controller of the collected data is SODINI BIJOUX S.R.L.U., VAT number 01010690467, with registered and operational office in Via Dei Bocchi N°108 in Lammari (Lu).

Data processing related to the newsletter service takes place at the aforementioned office and is handled by dedicated personnel.

Person in charge of processing feedback

The Data Controller has appointed Mr. Federico Sodini, domiciled for his duties at the headquarters, as the person in charge of responding to the Data Subject.

In case of need, for activities related to the maintenance of the technological part of the site, data related to the newsletter service may be processed by persons appointed for maintenance, previously designated as data processors pursuant to article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

Rights of the interested parties

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you may exercise the following rights, recognized to you by EU Regulation 2016/679 with reference to articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679:

- right of access: you have the right to obtain from SODINI BIJOUX S.R.L.U. confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed and, if so, to request access to such data. Information relating to access includes, among other things: the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been disclosed. You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data being processed. For additional copies, SODINI BIJOUX S.R.L.U. may charge you the administrative costs incurred for processing;

- right to rectification and integration of any incomplete personal data: you have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data. Depending on the purposes of the processing, you have the right to obtain the completion of your personal data, including by providing subsequent declarations;

- right to erasure (right to be forgotten): you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if there are no longer any legal necessities for further retention;

- right to request a restriction of the processing of your personal data: you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. In such a case, your data may continue to be stored by us, they may be processed under limited conditions;

- right to data portability of the data you have provided us: you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, without prejudice to paragraphs 3 and 4 of art. 20 of EU Reg. 2016/679, and you have the right to transmit such personal data to another subject without any hindrance from us.

- right to object: you have the right to object, on the basis of your particular situation, at any time to the processing of personal data by us and may request that the data no longer be processed by SODINI BIJOUX S.R.L.U.. If you have the right to object to the processing and decide to exercise it, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purposes indicated. The exercise of this right does not entail any cost. The right to object is not effective if the processing of your personal data is necessary for the conclusion or execution of a contract.

Changes to the newsletter policy

The owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this newsletter policy at its discretion and at any time. The interested party is obliged to periodically check for any changes. In order to facilitate this verification, it will contain the indication of the update date. The use of the newsletters, after the publication of the changes, will constitute acceptance of the same.
