Shipping Times and Costs

Sodini Bijoux only ships within Italy: we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, although during holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If the order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed at the latest within three business days.

After the order is internally processed by our team, shipping times vary from 2 to 4 business days, while costs depend on the total value of the order:

Any additional charges will be borne by the buyer.

 

• Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or part of the order. To comply with the withdrawal period, you simply need to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14th day from the delivery date using the online procedure within the Personal Area of ​​our website and wait for confirmation from our team.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with a VAT number are excluded.

The return shipment will be at the expense of Sodini Bijoux in case of a defective or incorrect product, while for all other returns, shipping costs and any additional charges will be borne by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by post or courier in their original packaging with the completed Return Form inside, must never have been used, washed, damaged, and must be in resalable condition. No exchange or refund will be made for incomplete, damaged, or dirty returned products.

Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on www.sodinibijoux.it / www.sodini.com. The return of the item following the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made to the following address:

N.B. Returns that do not include the Return Form completed inside the package will not be accepted. The Return Form can also be easily downloaded from the Personal Area when requesting.

 

Responsibility for the items lies with the customer until they arrive at the warehouse.

• How to make a return

If the product is damaged or incorrect

If you already have an account, simply access your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to return, and click on the button to request a return, indicating the reason and the items to be returned in the appropriate section. If you purchased as a guest, you will first need to create an account with the email address you used to order and then follow the same steps described above. You will soon be contacted by our Customer Service team to authorize the return (after submitting photos) and book a free pickup.

If the customer ships the item to be returned at their own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to reimburse the costs incurred or guarantee a refund for the order.

 

For all other types of returns

If you already have an account, simply access your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to return, and click on the button to request a return, indicating the reason and the items to be returned in the appropriate section. If you purchased as a guest, you will first need to create an account with the email address you used to order and then follow the same steps described above. You will soon be contacted by our Customer Service team to authorize the return and assist you with the best return method. Shipping and any other charges will be borne by the buyer.

Once the return has been authorized by our team, you can proceed with shipping the goods using your preferred courier. Returns should be sent to Sodini Bijoux S.r.l at the following address: Via dei Bocchi n. 108, Lammari di Capannori (Lucca), postal code 55013.

 

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

The Sodini Bijoux team will verify the quality of the returned product and will issue a refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on sodinibijoux.it / www.sodini.com. You will receive the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase as soon as possible.

Please note that refund times may vary depending on different payment methods.

The refund will be free and will only include the amount of the product or items being returned in the case of a partial return, while it will include the amount of the products and the initial shipping costs in the case of a full order return.
